Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked USA regular lentils
- 1 cup cooked USA red lentils
- 8 roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ tablespoon Tabasco® Sauce
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a serving bowl
- Serve as you wish
